  Delivery order was 2 hours late. Spoke to Oscar on the phone who was very polite and helpful. Oscar even took the time to call me back when our order was eventually on the way and threw in a box of chocolates for our trouble. Oscar for prime minister.

  If you like choose your own adventure or Where's Wally, finding things here will be fun for you. Super confusing layout with 4-5 cold areas at opposite ends. 10 minutes and I went to the competitor down the hill.

  The one star is the for the convenience of the underground carpark. The other star is for Diane - one of the loyal staff members at this store who is always lovely and helpful.
  
  NEVER enough staff on registers, in fact you are lucky to get one on a register no matter what day you go shopping. Despite me always placing my items in category they always end up being jumbled in together. I mean who puts in all the tinned food with the bread and the toilet cleaner in with the chicken? Half the time you have to ask for your cold items to be put in the cold bags which were provided. Management really need to up their game. Put some more staff on. Grocery shopping is NOT a social event, you want to get in and get out with minimal fuss and bother. Get the trolley men back. Expecting your young female staff to collect trolleys is ridiculous.
  
  Click and collect - I have tried and tried and tried and not in 12 months have I had a successful order yet.
  
  So many good loyal staff have left due to management, what does that say to your customers?
