  Not enough staff at busy times. Can't make appointments for everything. Where has customer service gone.

  Very disappointed with lack of service.. went to change foreign currency yesterday at 3.45p.... was told to take a seat and it would cost 10 dollars for the transaction ...while she served a customer at teller, only to be told after that she had closed foreign currency for the day and it wasn't 4pm closing still had 15 minutes to go. very rude...

  The staff are nice, but incompetent.
  
  This branch gave me the wrong information and wouldn't help me when I questioned it. I then drove to Cannon Hill Branch and they sorted everything within 1 minute and confirmed that Wynnum told me the wrong thing.
  This has happened multiple times.
  
  They are always trying to fob me off onto the ATMs onsite when I go to the teller specifically because I have questions.
  
  This branch is a joke and I have finally learnt my lesson and will never go back. Only go here if you want your time wasted.

  Wynnum branch staff are friendly, competent and good communicators. Whenever I go there, I leave feeling like a valued customer.

  I have been to this bank on 3 occasions now and it had the most unhelpful customer service I have ever seen for a bank.
  I went there yesterday to deposit some money and instead of handing it over the counter the lady said let's go outside and deposit it through the ATM and it will show in your bank in a couple of hours.
  Saturday comes and that money is still not showing. So disappointed never will I go there again is this what they do to the poor elderly.????????
